My afternoon tea experience was an absolute delight, with delicious sandwiches and cakes that really hit the spot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our dietary needs were met and making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
Breakfast items could use a bit more variety, like adding options such as poached eggs or pancakes.

The rooms were high standard, nice cozy, came with solid bed and the bathroom, for instance. Fantastic and perfect location right next to everything, all was fine. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Blackpool Town Center district...

The presence of comfortable bunk beds next to the double bed was perfect for accommodating extra guests, making it ideal for family trips or friends traveling together.
One minor drawback was the lack of soundproofing, which occasionally allowed outside noise to disrupt my sleep. this did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyable experience.

Actually, the room was airy with comfortable bed.
Paid £ 3 per 24 hours to access the net, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the staff were lovely, always ready to help with a smile.
The morning meal could definitely benefit from offering a full English option.

Our recent stay was a nightmare with a broken lift, making the stairs a struggle. The room was freezing, with poor heating and drafty windows. The cold shower and uncomfortable bed just added to our misery. Definitely not worth it!

Centrally located near shops and entertainment hotspots. The dining room offers a sizable area for meals, a plus when traveling with family.
My room had a stale smoke smell, indicating insufficient cleaning. The toilet needed serious repair, and the floor felt unstable. Noise from the corridors made for a restless night, and there were also some issues with breakfast service, including cold beans and a lack of toast which left much to be desired. The hotel doesn't quite match its online presentation.

The breakfast was a small highlight it was decent, and the staff actually tried! The size of the family room was spacious enough for all of us.
It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you get what you pay for, huh?
